The Help Center is designed to assist you in getting your site on the Internet as quickly and easily as possible.  We currently offer technical support via our Online Help Center, Customer Ticket System and E-mail only.

1 - Online Support Center

The Online Support Center provides answers to the most commonly asked  questions.  Online Documentation   Video tutorials   Usefull Links     - Knowledgebase     - Control Panel     - Web mail system       - FAQ       - How to get started   Note:  The video tutorials are best displayed in Internet Explorer or Opera.

2 - User Help Desk

Support Tickets System:  If you do not find an answer to your question above, please submit a support request through our Ticket System.  To submit a ticket, login to the control panel, select  'Support Center' then 'Make a Ticket'. Note:  We currently do not provide call-in phone support.  If you are not an existing client or to not have access to the Support Ticket System, you may e-mail support at  webmaster@jumpstartwebdesigns.com.
